Membership Card Information

In order to gain entry into our premises to shop you need a store membership card. Please note, this is not a credit facility and there are no additional discounts or promotions that come with this card, it is purely to gain entry into our cash and carry in Northampton.

Each membership is eligible for two free membership cards. We will require one name to be registered against each of these cards, and these nominated people will be the main point of contact for the account should changes be needed to the account. Therefore these people should be individuals who are authorised to act on behalf of the company such as business owners, directors or senior management.

Once you have your membership cards, these can be used by anyone within your organisation to come into store, and anyone with the card can bring up to 3 guests in with them. 

If you require a membership card then we will need to confirm you are a legitimate business. Please read the following in order to understand what we need before we can provide you with a store card:

Do you have a Business Premises?

 

If you are a business with a business premises, then you are eligible for a card. All we will need are the following from you:

·  2 Recent Invoices from Suppliers to your Business

·  Letter Headed Paper/ Printed Business Stationery

·  You will also need to provide us with your home address.

 

No I do not have a Business Premises.

If you are a business without a business premises, then you are eligible for a card as long as you can provide us with the following:

·  2 Recent Invoices from Suppliers to your Business

·  Letter Headed Paper/ Printed Business Stationery

And proof of one of the following:

·  A VAT Registration Certificate

·  A Market Traders Federation Card

·  A Chamber Of Commerce Members Certificate

·  An E-Commerce Web Site

·  A Charity Number

 

Blue Light & Defence Discount Card Holders.

 

In order for Blue Light or Defence Discount card holders to register we will need to see your valid card as well as some form of Photo ID to confirm you are the named member on the card. 

Once you have your card you are able to bring in 3 guests with you, however you are unable to give you membership card to others.

We will ask to see your valid Blue Light or Defence Discount card along with your Jones Wholesale Membership card on every visit to our store.
